MULTISTAGE FRACTURING & STIMULATION
Steelhaus provides engineered solutions for all methods of multistage fracturing stimulation, from plug and perf to coil fracturing and beyond. These include breakthrough innovations such as multi position coil activated frac sleeves that provide full profile control, re-fracturing, formation curing and the conversion of wells to water injectors.
Exclusive to Steelhaus, a family of frac plugs with the largest bores in industry, requiring no milling and utilized in the highest pressure and temperature environments.
SAND AND FLOW CONTROL
For the international sand and flow control market, we have leveraged our experience in the sliding sleeve arena to solve producer-identified issues such as eliminating false positives and improving reliability. This has resulted in a flexible, mechanically shifted sliding sleeve and BHA combination that can incorporate a variety of sand and flow control options (e.g. ICD nozzles). The system has also been designed to work in extended reach horizontals as it can be conveyed by any means, whether by coiled tubing, coil tractor or E-line tractor.
Thermal completions are a foundational product portfolio for Steelhaus because of our world-renown expertise in this area. Our thermal line includes tools to complete the entire liner, such as liner hangers, packers and valves designed to run at high temperature (650°F) to improve strategic steam injection production and efficiency. Recent innovations include the RecoverPLUS Patch tool, a groundbreaking technology for the remediation of thermal well bores.
Secondary recovery is a challenge across many developed basins in North America. Steelhaus has addressed this challenge in two ways: first, by creating a re-completion system to enable conversion of exiting wells to injectors; second, by innovating a primary multistage completion that is specifically designed to enable conversion from production to injection without requiring re-completion. In addition, our sliding sleeve technology can be used to complete wells drilled for water flooding.
