We are pleased to announce the addition of Downhole Monitoring Technologies, such as Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) with fiber optics, to Steelhaus’ extensive product and service offerings.
Since October 2020, our experienced field crew have installed numerous DTS systems in SAGD wells supported by the Saltel Engineering team and the technical team at Schlumberger. Our engineering team is hard at work collaborating with our customers in the development of cutting edge DTS deployment methods that practically eliminate premature failure of fiber optic cable, reducing the overall system cost while maintaining the ability to replace the fiber without pulling the coil tubing string.
