With over 100,000 sq feet of capacity, we provide full-circle support to our service partners including conceptualization and design engineering, testing, manufacturing and commercialization to execute and deliver on key technology initiatives.

RAPID RESPONSE ENGINEERING

Our engineering process is rapid because its experience-driven. We draw on the depth of our people’s experience who have seen, touched and done everything since the dawn of completions tools. Our junior engineers benefit from this experience through our culture, which is built upon using experience to come to the right design quickly.

RAPID RESPONSE TESTING

Because our Engineering process ensures that the tool design incorporates our operational experience, we don’t waste time with tools failing on the shop floor – avoiding an extended iterative process. We have developed a testing environment with fixtures that accurately simulate downhole wellbore conditions – including temperature – in the most economic, streamlined way possible. Extensive testing ensures our products work in the field with a 99.5% success rate to date.

RAPID RESPONSE MANUFACTURING

We have invested in and secured our supply chain to the point where we are able to prototype tools within 24 hours to keep our testing process on track. Our supply partners share in our culture and mind set of efficiency, enabling us to reduce manufacturing costs and compress delivery times, while maintaining a high-quality end product.

RAPID RESPONSE COMMERCIALIZATION

We have a full-fledged commercialization process that includes marketing, sales and operations to support global product launch and ensure the greatest impact. Successful product roll-out requires all three aspects working in concert. By properly communicating the offering with marketing strategies and messaging, providing dedicated sales resources to bring the product to major service company partners and achieving successful field trials, we have shortened the time to market.
